I had two whole weeks off from school for Christmas vacation...they were wonderful!! I was over-joyed at being able to be at home with the kids! Teaching is a great profession for a mom...long breaks, and out of school when your kids are! A bonus for me- we go to school 4 days a week and Weskan has an amazing school with outstanding teachers! I very much enjoy where I work! Anyway, I went back to work on the 5th...about 18 more weeks to go until summer! (I know, you're thinking, "Whoa, she's counting down alreayd? But, hey, as much as I enjoy my job, I love being home with my kids, too!!)
And, our family received some very exciting news this week...Aaron's brother, Shayne, and his wife, Christina, found out that they're expecting TWINS!! She's due in May, but thinks the babies will be here in April...just three short months away!! What a wonderful blessing!! Their family has been in our prayers as this big change is about to occur in their lives!!
Now, it's off to bathe Eli and put him to bed!!
