Our Des Moines Trip

Aaron had to go back to his work's home office in Des Moines for the week, so Trinity and I tagged along. We picked up Aunt Audrey, Aaron's sister, to bring her back to Weskan with us.

What a pretty girl...she looks like such a sweet girl! You'd never guess she has an ornery side- takes after her daddy!

More Fun at the Fair

Yummy!! Taking a break from the rides to eat cotton candy with Daddy and Brennan. It was messy, but delicious...very worth it!
"Daddy, I want one of these cars!!" Great-Uncle Don's car was driven in the parade...Aaron took Trinity for a ride in it before heading to the parade.
The parade...Grandma helping Trinity grab candy before the other kids could get their hands on it! Grandma's are great at blocking-out!

Fair Time!

I love these types of pictures!! Daddy and Trinity walking to look at some of the booths before hitting the rides!
Trinity, Brennan, and I on the helicoptors...they loved it and waved really big every time we went by Daddy and Christina.
The carousel was a hit with Trinity...she wanted to try out every different horse!
The cars were a favorite with both Trinity and Brennan. They both like 'driving' and honking the horns!

Big Girl Bed!

"My very own 'big girl' bed, Daddy!" We set up a twin bed for Trinity today...she started by taking a nap in it this afternoon and fell asleep all by herself...after some jabbering to her baby!
Good night kisses from Daddy and then it's off to sleep!

Future Olympic Diver!

Oops...this picture was supposed to be at the end of these! Anyway, after a while of swimming, playing, and jumping, Trinity was exhausted! Of course, it didn't help that she got some sunscreen in her eye- ouch! Once again, there's no place like Grandma's arms!

Monkey see- monkey do...Trinity was watching all of the big kids go off of the board, so she thought she needed to also! And she loved it! She loves being in the swimming pool...always wants me to let her down not knowing that she can't keep herself up! I think we have a future Olympian on our hands! haha!

More Pics from Mimi & Papa's

No place like a grandma's arms! Trinity got sick when we were down visiting Mimi and Papa. Here she is after a bath getting some soothing and cuddle time in with Mimi.Hugs from Papa!! Every morning or evening Trinity would go outside with Papa and check on the chickens to collect eggs and give treats to Charlie and Sam...the dogs. She loves being outside and Papa was a very willing participant when she would pull on his hand! She is very loved!

Zachery and Trinity...they had a ball together- most of the time! Here they are 'fishing'...they didn't catch anything, but they sure had fun trying!

Farming with Daddy

Aaron helps his uncle and cousin during harvest...Trinity enjoys riding the combine and tractor with him. We were worried she'd be afraid of the noise, but she loved looking out the windows and playing with all of the buttons and gadgets inside. She even helped Daddy drive...those rows weren't harvested the straightest...or maybe that was when Aaron was trying to teach me how to run the combine!
